(1) Enrollment

Please enroll in person at Aoyama Square by filling out the necessary form.
Enrollment and annual membership is free.

(2) Benefits

・Point accrual

You earn 5 points for every 100 yen spent (tax excluded) in cash or via credit card at Aoyama Square. (Purchases under 100 yen are not applicable). Please show your point card before every purchase.

Your point rank will increase according with the amount of your total purchases during the calendar year.

Silver—up to 49,999 yen: 5 points/100 yen spent

Gold—from 50,000 to 99,999 yen: 8 points/100 yen spent

Gold—over 100,000 yen: 10 points/100 yen spent

(Point accrual is based on the calendar year Jan–Dec)

Points accrued can be used towards purchases on your next visit (1 point = 1 yen)

Points are valid for one year from your last purchase. Any points that exceed their validity date will automatically expire, so please use caution.

Point card use is limited to the individual enrolled.

A portion of purchases are not valid for point accrual, including postage and books. Please ask Aoyama Square staff for further details.

・Information services

Information on events held at Aoyama Square and events hosted by DENSAN, The Association for the Promotion of Traditional Craft Industries, will be sent via email and postcard, alongside Aoyama Square service information.

(3) Card loss

Please inform us immediately if your card is lost or stolen.

A fee of 200 yen will be incurred to issue a new card, however your previous point balance can be transferred. Your old card will no longer function.

Your card may stop working if submerged in water, bent or exposed to magnets.

(4) Change in information

If the address or name you registered with us changes, please notify Aoyama Square immediately.

(5) Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the program at any time. After withdrawal, any remaining points will be rendered invalid.

(6) Personal information usage

Personal information provided by the user will be used for the following purposes. A user’s personal information will never be shared with a third party.

To provide information on Aoyama Square and related facilities.

To contribute to activities related to Aoyama Square’s services and respective marketing campaigns.

To confirm users’ identity in the case of losing and reissuing a card.

(7) Other

Service information and the program itself may be modified, revised or canceled without notice. Notification of any changes will be done via postal mail.
