1. Membership

Please fill out the application form with the necessary information at the Traditional Crafts Aoyama Square storefront.
There are no membership fees or annual fees.

2. Benefits

- Points awarded

You will receive 5 points for every 100 yen (excluding tax) spent at the store using cash or credit card (amounts less than 100 yen will be rounded down). Please present your point card at the time of each transaction.

Your point rank for the following year will change based on your total annual spending.

 

Silver) 5 points for every 100 yen spent up to 49,999 yen

Gold) 8 points for every 100 yen spent between 50,000 yen and 99,999 yen.

Platinum) For purchases of 100,000 yen or more, you earn 10 points for every 100 yen spent.

(The point accumulation period is from January to December of the same year.)

 

Accumulated points can be used as partial payment for future purchases at our store. 1 point equals 1 yen.

Points are valid for one year from the date of your last purchase. Please note that points will automatically expire after the expiration date.

Card use is limited to the cardholder only.

Points may not be awarded for shipping fees, books, or some other items. Please ask our store staff for details.

• Provision of various information

We will send you information about events held at our store, events organized by the Traditional Crafts Industry Promotion Association, and details about our services via postcard and email.

3. Loss of card, etc.

If your card is lost or stolen, please contact our store immediately.
A fee of 200 yen will be charged for card reissuance, but it will be possible to transfer your accumulated points to the new card. The old card cannot be used after it has been reissued.
Cards may become unusable if they get wet, bent, or exposed to magnetic fields.

4. Changes to reported information

If there are any changes to the address, name, or other information you provided, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Withdrawal

You can cancel your membership at any time. Any remaining points will be forfeited upon cancellation.

6. Handling of Personal Information

The information you provide will be used for the following purposes. We will not disclose your information to any third party.
To provide you with various information about our store and related facilities.
To help with our marketing activities, such as promoting our services and various campaigns.
This is to verify the customer's identity when a lost card is reissued.

7. Others

Please be aware that service details and systems may be changed, revised, or discontinued without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated in writing or through other means.
