    1. The surface of the dough should be flattened using a gangi, kisagi, tokusa, etc.

    2. The doughs are heated using a trowel or metal plate and then pressed together using a vise or similar tool.

    3. In the manufacture of ornaments, wood such as cypress is used as a mold, and the wooden parts are glued together using a trowel.
