Making accessories with maki-e and raden (lacquerware and mother-of-pearl inlay) Using leftover pieces of mother-of-pearl (white and black) used in our products, you will experience the techniques of silver lacquer and mother-of-pearl inlay. (You will create one of the following items: a pendant top, pin brooch, single earring, single earring, or obi clasp (size restrictions apply).) |
