Nakata Urushi is a workshop that creates products using wood and lacquer, based on the tradition of KAGAWA Shikki (Lacquerware) that has been passed down since the Edo period.
We pursued a design that makes the most of the natural shape of the wood and is easy to use in everyday life.
The warmth of the wood and the changing texture of the lacquer.
I believe that the more you use it, the more it will become a familiar part of your life and your hands.
