BIZEN Yaki (Pottery) ware Tenchi Kiln: Motomichi Sugagata Pottery Exhibition
--BIZEN Yaki (Pottery), one of Japan's six ancient kilns.
No two pieces are ever exactly alike, as the results depend on the kiln temperature and how the fire hits the pieces.
I am particular about the color of the burnt wood, I pursue the beauty of the lines, and I put my heart into each piece, aiming to create works that evoke a sense of warmth.
